A three-bedroom apartment with lounge and kitchen/dining room

The spacious feel of this apartment is enhanced by high ceilings, concealed lighting and a shiny wood floor. Soft coloured walls and furniture create a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. The main rooms have a view onto the little Byzantine church of Panagia. Close the door behind you and it is hard to imagine you are in the centre of the city…  also, you have plenty of space to relax in! The dining table is in the kitchen which is well-equipped with fridge, oven, toaster, kafetiera, plates etc There is a separate space for the washing machine and for drying clothes.

The apartment has two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The large rooms each have two single beds ( 90cm x 200cm ) which can be brought together to form double beds without central bar. Please tell us your preferences when you book. One of the rooms has a writing desk. The third bedroom contains a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm).  All three rooms have generous cupboard space. A double sofa-bed in the living room provides sleeping space for a seventh and eighth guest.

All rooms have individual heating, air-conditioning and double glazing

The blue tiled bathroom has bath/shower, washbasin and WC.

There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and free wireless internet connection. Also provided: Sheets and towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. A children’s cot is available on request.

The apartment is situated 200 meters from the White Tower and 150 meters from the 5km long seafront. Many people take their morning exercise here or walk into town to work. Towards the end of the day it fills with families and couples enjoying the air and the often spectacular sunsets over the sea… one of the things which make Thessaloniki so special. In the well known Archealogical Museum and Byzantine Museum you can find out about the history of northern Greece and in recently completed White Tower Museum about the multicultural history of the city.

Shopping is extremely easy with supermarket, bakers etc. in the immediate neighbourhood. If you are someone who enjoys market atmosphere a pleasant ten minute walk along Pavlou Mela Street will bring you to the colourful Modiano open market. Choose between a vast selection of fruit, vegetables and fresh fish. On the other hand if you don’t feel like cooking yourself there are many good restaurants, cafes and takeaways to choose from.
