A two-bedroom apartment with open-plan living-room/kitchen.

The light filled living area includes a modern white kitchen and dining space. All essential appliances such as hob cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave and toaster are provided.  The pale tones and whites which have been carefully used throughout  the whole apartment create a light, elegant atmosphere. This is a good place to rest and relax in after a long day sightseeing or working in the exhibition centre. Outside on the balcony you will find a table and chairs where you can take a drink and enjoy the fascinating view. 

The tasteful master bedroom contains a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200 cm) and ample cupboard space. Double glass doors open directly onto the balcony. The large second bedroom contains two single beds ( 90cm x 200 cm ), writing desk, armchair for relaxation, as well as lots of cupboard space for your belongings. It too opens onto the long balcony. A sofa bed in the living area provides the possibility to sleep a fifth guest.

The modern. white tiled bathroom contains shower, washbasin and WC.

There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and free wireless internet connection. Also provided: Sheets and towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.  A children’s cot is available on request.

All rooms have separate air-conditioning, individual heating and double glazing.

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Thessaloniki and surrounded by numerous sites of interest. The apartment itself is built over a Roman palace and remains from this period include Navarino Square, the Kamara triumphal arch and the Rotonda with its fascinating history of Roman, Muslim and Christian use. There are many beautiful Byzantine churches in the area with exquisite mosaics and richly coloured murals. The well known Archealogical Museum and Byzantine Museum are close by as is the recently completed White Tower Museum which tells you the fascinating history of the city. If you come here for business reasons you will find the Helexpo exhibition centre just 300 metres away.

Everyday shopping is simple. Supermarkets, bakers, and banks etc, are close by and the historic Modiano market a pleasant ten minute walk along Alexandrou Svolou Street. Here you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and every conceivable thing. The 5km seafront is just perfect for a morning run or an evening stroll. There are an abundance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, - very close is Navarino Square. Even in winter months you can often sit outside.
