Please remember to include the apartment name, check-in date/check-out date and number of guests

1 We confirm availability and rate by e-mail or fax.

2 You confirm reservation by e-mail or fax. Read the terms and conditions carefully before making the booking.

3 We send details about booking deposit.

4 Your booking is official when our bank has received the booking deposit. The remaining amount must be paid before arrival or in cash on arrival.

5 We confirm booking by e-mail or fax and send apartment address, details of how to get to there, contact telephone number etc.

payment

The remaining amount, if not already paid, must be paid in cash at check-in.

security deposit

200 euro security deposit is requested at check-in. This is returned in full upon departure and the return of the apartment in good condition.

Check-in/check-out times

Check-in after 15.00 hours, check-out by 11.00 hours

Other times may be possible upon request.

Number and identity of Guests

The client will inform Thessaloniki Apartments of the guests included in the booking. Only the persons indicated by the client are authorised to stay in the apartment.

cancellation

The reservation payment is non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your visit and have already paid the full amount we will refund the remaining amount less a fee of 15 euros. The transfer of a booking to a third party may be possible.

liabilities

We take reasonable precautions for your security but your booking is accepted on the basis that we are not responsible for any risks involved, including loss, damage to property, robbery or injury. It is your responsibility to insure yourself and your party adequately. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property through negligence or criminal neglect.

behaviour

The person making the booking is responsible for the correct behavior of the persons accompanying him / her. We reserve the right to request any guest to leave the apartment who, in our opinion, is acting in an unreasonable way. The guest shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

If you have any complaint or difficulty whilst you are our guest please inform us at once. Our aim is for you to enjoy your stay. We welcome all comments and take your complaints seriously.
