    PROCEEDURE AND CONDITIONS

    Reservation

    Your booking is official when we have received:
    1. The completed booking form.
    2. A reservation payment equal to 25% of the total amount

    Payment
    The remaining amount must be paid before arrival or IN CASH at check-in.

    Damage deposit
    A 200 euro [or equivalent] cash deposit will be requested at check-in. This will be returned in full after inspection of the undamaged apartment at check-out.

    Before arrival
    Please inform us about your arrival time one day in advance. Our representative can meet you at the airport.

    Check-in
    At the apartment we will:
    1. Collect the remaining rental amount in cash, if it has not already been paid, and the 200 euro cash deposit.
    2. Give you the keys.
    3. Instruct you how to use the equipment. [washing machine, air-conditioning, oven etc.]
    4. Explain about local amenities. [shops, restaurants, banks, transport etc.]

    During your stay
    If you notice that something in the apartment is not working or there is a breakage please inform as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.

    Please
    Please respect our neighbours and observe the quiet times between 10.30 pm and 8.30 am, also between 3.00 and 5.30 afternoons. The apartment is not to be used for parties.

    Check-out
    Departure should normally be by 11.00 am. If you require a later departure time please let us know in advance. We will be at the apartment to collect keys and to return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occured


    BOOKING CONDITIONS
    CANCELLATION
    The 25% reservation payment is non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your visit and have already paid the full amount we will refund the remaining 75% ,less an expenses fee of 15 euros. The transfer of a booking to a third party may be possible.

    LIABILITIES
    We take reasonable precautions for your security but your booking is accepted on the basis that we are not responsible for any risks involved, including loss, damage to property, robbery or injury. It is your responsibility to insure yourself adequately.

    BEHAVIOUR
    The person signing the booking form is responsible for the correct behaviour of the persons accompanying him/her.We reserve the right to request any guest to leave the apartment who, in our opinion, is acting in an unreasonable way. The guest shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

    COMPLAINTS
    If you have any complaint or difficulty whilst you are our guest please inform us at once. Our aim is for you to enjoy your stay. We welcome all comments and take your complaints seriously.
